Total Transformation
Ian will provide an intensive but mindful program which might incorporate mental, physical, and meditative components. Given the unique needs of each client, all programs are bespoke, i.e. suited to each client’s goals, time, and budget. Programs will be in-person in the Halifax Regional Municipality for doubly-vaccinated persons and on-line for all others.
