Ian MacVicar teaches and coaches from a deep wellspring of personal acquaintance with trauma, serious illness, injury, and death. He spent 40 plus years in the Canadian Armed Forces – having some great experiences – and some not so great ones. He now passes on the evidence- based techniques he learned on his path back to physical and mental health. He encourages – and shows – his clients how to “Get Resilient Now!”
One of the few positive aspects of the COVID-19 pandemic has been the explosion in remote work. After almost two years much of our “shyness” has fallen away and the Internet is now regarded as a legitimate workplace – for business, teaching, and counselling.
I live in the Atlantic Time Zone (U-3 Daylight Savings Time or U-4 Standard Time). We can meet at mutually agreed times that don't necessitate you being up in the middle of your night.
Our work can take place outside your business day.

Sessions are recorded to ensure that I don't miss some key element of our work together. These recordings are destroyed at the end of our coaching partnership.
